For the past eight years, my journey with Accord Advertising Concept and Expert Services, Inc. has been defined by continuous learning, professional growth, and meaningful accomplishments. Serving as a Head Supervisor/Account Head has provided me with invaluable opportunities to strengthen my leadership, enhance my operational expertise, and deepen my understanding of the importance of accountability, dedication, and long-term client partnerships.
Entrusted with managing one of our key clients, JR&R Distributors Inc. (Dua Kelinci), I have learned that success goes beyond fulfilling contractual obligations. 01 Field Work & Client Engagement
A vital part of my role involves conducting regular field visits across the JR&R distribution network. These visits allow me to evaluate merchandising execution, monitor product availability, assess inventory levels, and gather valuable feedback from store personnel.
Being present in the field provides firsthand insight into operational realities, enabling us to respond proactively to replenishment requirements, resolve concerns promptly, and continuously improve the quality of support we provide to our client.
02 Performance, Growth & Values
Equally important is monitoring sales performance and operational results. Through careful analysis of sales trends, performance indicators, and field reports, I help identify opportunities for business growth while supporting management with reliable, data-driven recommendations.
Every role comes with its own challenges, and account management is no exception. Whether addressing client concerns, resolving operational issues, or adapting to changing business requirements, I have learned that professionalism, active listening, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
