The past month marked an important milestone for Accord-Aces, Inc. and our partnership with Tobie Pharma Inc. as we successfully launched the Clinician Project and moved from preparation and training into actual field deployment.
What began as a new project is now steadily developing into an organized field program supported by trained clinicians, digital monitoring, field coaching, and close collaboration between Accord-Aces and Tobie Pharma.
More importantly, this progress has been made possible by the people behind the project—from our clinicians in the field to our Human Resources, Accounting, Operations, and Management teams, together with the managers and representatives of Tobie Pharma Inc.
As we continue to build momentum, I am pleased to share some of the project’s latest developments, accomplishments, and initiatives.
One of our first major milestones was the successful completion of the five-day Clinician Training Program.
The training was conducted through the combined efforts of our Human Resources, Accounting, and Operations teams, with the participation and support of managers and representatives from Tobie Pharma Inc.
The program was designed to provide our clinicians with the foundation they need before entering the field—from product knowledge and operational procedures to reporting requirements, doctor engagement, compliance, and the use of our monitoring systems.
Completing the training was more than an onboarding requirement. It established a common understanding of how the program should be executed and the standards expected from every clinician representing Tobie Pharma in the field.
Another positive development for the account is the approval of a new pilot initiative for BIOFITEA ELECTROLYTES, focusing on push-selling and activation activities.
This represents an opportunity to further strengthen the partnership between Tobie Pharma and Accord-Aces by expanding our support beyond the initial Clinician Project.
The pilot will allow us to demonstrate our capability in field activation while generating actual market insights that may help determine future opportunities for the brand.
As with the Clinician Project, our focus will remain on disciplined execution, proper monitoring, accurate reporting, and measurable field results.
We are also pleased to welcome the three clinicians who have successfully completed their training and are now assigned to their respective territories:
Our clinicians are at the center of this program.
Their primary role is to professionally introduce and communicate Tobie Pharma’s products to medical doctors across hospitals and clinics, while supporting increased awareness of the company’s products within their assigned areas.
At the same time, they serve as an important connection between the market and the organization. Through their daily interactions, they can provide valuable insights regarding physician feedback, product inquiries, drugstore availability, and other developments occurring in the field.
Our responsibility is therefore not only to deploy clinicians, but to equip, coach, monitor, and continuously support them so that they can perform their roles effectively.
Technology will also play an important role in how we manage the project.
The CASI +App will be utilized as a field monitoring and reporting platform to provide better visibility of our clinicians’ daily activities and productivity.
Through CASI+ App, we will be able to monitor key indicators such as attendance and field presence, physician reach calls, product sampling, product availability in covered drugstores, and other agreed field and productivity metrics.
This provides management with a clearer view of what is actually happening on the ground and enables us to identify gaps and respond more quickly when intervention is required.
Reaching 100% clinician deployment is an important milestone, but it is only the starting point.
Our objective is to translate full deployment into consistent physician reach, proper product sampling, reliable availability checks, accurate reporting, and measurable field productivity.
Ultimately, our success will not be measured by deployment alone, but by the quality and consistency of execution delivered in the field.
Training should not end once our clinicians are deployed.
For this reason, we are strengthening the Clinician Mentorship Initiative, where an experienced medical representative can accompany a clinician during actual field activities to provide live coaching, feedback, and guidance.
This allows our clinicians to receive practical support on doctor engagement, product presentation, proper detailing, handling physician questions and concerns, and the effective use of the CASI App.
Product knowledge workshops and role-playing sessions will also continue to reinforce learning and build confidence.
Our approach is simple: Train. Deploy. Observe. Coach. Improve.
The objective is to develop clinicians who are not only knowledgeable about the products they represent, but also confident, professional, compliant, and effective in actual field situations.
One of the most important elements of the program is ensuring that information from the field leads to action.
Following field coaching sessions, clinicians and their mentors will conduct short debriefings to discuss what went well, identify challenges encountered during physician calls, and agree on areas that need improvement.
Management will also regularly review CASI+ generated data, including attendance, physician reach, sampling activities, and other agreed performance indicators. Instead of using this information purely for monitoring, the data will become part of our coaching and performance improvement process.
Physician feedback will likewise play an important role. Questions, observations, and concerns gathered by our clinicians will be consolidated and shared with the appropriate Marketing and Sales teams. These insights can help improve future training programs, product communication materials, and field strategies.
Regular one-on-one performance discussions will further allow management to evaluate individual progress, understand field challenges, recognize good performance, and provide timely support when necessary.
This creates a continuous improvement cycle:
The success of the Tobie Pharma Clinician Project is not dependent on our clinicians alone.
Behind every successful field deployment is a network of people providing operational, administrative, financial, technical, and management support.
We will therefore continue strengthening cross-functional collaboration among Operations, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and Compliance, Management, and our counterparts from Tobie Pharma Inc.
Regular coordination allows us to share field developments, discuss physician feedback, address operational concerns, and ensure that everyone remains aligned with the project’s objectives.
We will likewise continue identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement with hospitals and clinics within the approved territories and applicable guidelines, allowing the program to progressively expand its physician network and market reach.
As our field activities increase, maintaining reliable information becomes even more important.
Routine reviews of clinician reports and CASI+ records will therefore form part of our project management process to support data accuracy, completeness, proper documentation, and compliance with approved field protocols and reporting requirements.
Good decisions depend on good information.
By ensuring that our field data is accurate and properly documented, we provide both Accord-Aces and Tobie Pharma with a reliable basis for evaluating performance, identifying opportunities, and making informed decisions about the program.
We have accomplished an important first step.
We have trained and deployed our people, established our monitoring tools, initiated field coaching, and put in place mechanisms that allow us to capture, evaluate, and act on valuable information from the field. These are important foundations, but our work does not stop with a successful launch.
The next stage is to transform these foundations into consistent, measurable, and sustainable performance.
Moving forward, our focus will remain on people, execution, productivity, compliance, data integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Our goal is not only to maintain deployment, but to ensure that every person in the field understands their role, executes according to established standards, and contributes meaningful value to the accounts we serve.
For the Tobie Pharma Inc. Clinician Project, every physician reached, every properly conducted field activity, every accurate report submitted, and every relevant market insight gathered contributes to strengthening the overall effectiveness of the program.
At the same time, our Model/Brand Ambassador (BA) Deployment for REJ Diamond Pharmaceutical Inc. provides another opportunity for Accord-Aces to demonstrate our capability in delivering disciplined field execution, effective brand representation, and reliable operational support.
I would like to recognize our clinicians, Models/BAs, Account Team, and the different Accord-Aces departments that continue to work behind the scenes to support these projects. Your collective effort is essential in ensuring that we deliver on our commitments to our clients.
I would also like to express our appreciation to Tobie Pharma Inc. and REJ Diamond Pharmaceutical Inc. for the trust and partnership they have extended to Accord-Aces. We value the opportunity to support their respective business objectives and look forward to continuously strengthening these partnerships.
We are still at the beginning of this journey, but the foundation has been established. Our responsibility now is to build on this momentum and ensure that both the Tobie Pharma Clinician Project and the REJ Diamond Pharmaceutical Inc. Model/BA Deployment deliver meaningful, measurable, and sustainable results.
