The third quarter of 2026 was a period of learning, innovation, and active participation for the NutriAsia South Luzon Team, as we continued strengthening our merchandising capabilities and supporting initiatives designed to improve product visibility and sales performance.
Through employee training, the introduction of technology-driven learning, and participation in NutriAsia’s promotional programs, our team demonstrated its commitment to continuous improvement and quality field execution.
These initiatives reflect our shared goal of developing knowledgeable, motivated, and performance-driven merchandisers who can effectively represent NutriAsia’s brands across our assigned retail outlets.
One of our key accomplishments this quarter was the successful conduct of the South Luzon Quarterly Merchandisers Training on August 27, 2026.
The training was organized to reinforce operational guidelines, standardize merchandising practices, and ensure that our deployed personnel clearly understand NutriAsia’s requirements for promotional execution and merchandising deliverables.
The session emphasized the importance of consistent store execution, proper product presentation, compliance with established standards, and accountability in performing daily merchandising responsibilities.
A highlight of the training was the introduction of an AI-assisted presentation on Basic Merchandising.
This innovative approach captured the interest of our participants and demonstrated how technology can make learning more engaging, interactive, and easier to understand.
By incorporating AI technology into our training activities, we introduced a fresh way of communicating essential merchandising concepts while encouraging our personnel to embrace new tools and approaches to learning.
The positive response from our merchandisers reinforced the value of continuously improving how we train and develop our people.
Our goal is not simply to conduct training, but to ensure that every learning opportunity translates into better understanding, stronger confidence, and improved execution in the field.
Another exciting development this quarter was the launch of NutriAsia’s Datu Puti Adobo Series Incentive Program, which runs from September 01 to November 30, 2026.
The initiative aims to introduce and highlight the new Datu Puti Adobo Series products, increase consumer awareness, encourage stronger product visibility, and support sales growth across participating retail outlets.
Our South Luzon merchandisers actively supported this client-led initiative, demonstrating their enthusiasm and commitment to promoting NutriAsia’s products.
We are pleased to recognize the participation of our merchandisers from the following outlets, which qualified for the September incentive entry:
Our team at Robinsons Dasmariñas participated in the program, supporting the promotion of the Datu Puti Adobo Series and contributing to the client’s product awareness initiatives.
The Robinsons Palawan team also joined the incentive program, demonstrating its commitment to supporting NutriAsia’s promotional objectives.
Our merchandisers at Robinsons Cabuyao likewise qualified for the September entry, reflecting their active participation in the campaign.
These qualifying entries represent encouraging participation from our South Luzon merchandising teams.
Beyond the incentive opportunity, the program reminds us of the important role merchandisers play in supporting product launches, strengthening brand visibility, and helping consumers discover new products.
We look forward to sustaining our participation throughout the remaining months of the campaign.
I would like to extend my appreciation to all our South Luzon merchandisers who participated in the quarterly training and supported the Datu Puti Adobo Series Incentive Program.
Your willingness to learn, adapt to new approaches, and actively participate in client initiatives demonstrates the professionalism and dedication expected from our field personnel.
I would also like to recognize the efforts of our fellow supervisors and support teams, including Byron and the merchandisers under his assigned areas, for encouraging participation and helping ensure the implementation of our client’s initiatives.
These accomplishments demonstrate that successful merchandising is built through teamwork, continuous learning, and consistent field execution.
As we enter the final quarter of 2026, our focus remains on applying the knowledge gained from our training activities and sustaining our participation in NutriAsia’s ongoing promotional programs.
We will continue strengthening our merchandising standards, supporting our field personnel, and identifying opportunities to make employee development more engaging and effective.
The introduction of AI-assisted learning also reminds us that innovation does not have to be complicated. Even simple improvements in how we communicate, train, and share information can help our teams become more confident and capable in performing their responsibilities.
We extend our appreciation to NutriAsia for providing opportunities that encourage employee participation, product awareness, and continuous improvement.
To our South Luzon merchandising team, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to delivering quality service.
Let us continue learning, supporting one another, and taking pride in every accomplishment—big or small.
Because when we invest in our people’s knowledge and capabilities, we strengthen our ability to deliver excellence where it matters most: in the field.
