Technology continues to play an important role in improving how we work at Accord-Aces. During the third quarter of 2026, our IT Department remained focused on strengthening our digital systems, simplifying internal processes, and developing solutions that will help our teams work more efficiently.
Our goal is simple: to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and make information more accessible to the people who need it.
One of our key initiatives this quarter was the continued development of our HR Master Database using Odoo, which aims to consolidate employee information into one centralized system.
Instead of maintaining records across multiple files and spreadsheets, this initiative will allow our HR team to manage employee information more efficiently, minimize duplicate entries, and improve the accuracy and consistency of records.
During the quarter, we focused on consolidating employee information, standardizing data fields, and establishing a database structure that can support future HR automation and reporting requirements.
Once fully implemented, this system is expected to improve record management, simplify information retrieval, and provide a more reliable foundation for HR operations.
Our goal: employee records brought together in one HR master database
Beyond employee records, we also continued improving our internal operations system by identifying repetitive tasks that can be simplified through automation.
Many routine activities still require manual encoding, repeated data entry, and coordination across different files. By gradually automating these processes, we aim to reduce administrative workload, minimize errors, and allow employees to focus on more important responsibilities.
Our team has been developing and testing system improvements to ensure that new features are reliable, practical, and aligned with actual operational requirements before implementation.
We believe that technology should make work easier, not more complicated.
Our automation initiatives are guided by three important objectives: efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility.
By improving how information is recorded, processed, and shared, we aim to establish systems that provide employees and management with more reliable and timely information.
We are also ensuring that system improvements are implemented gradually, with proper testing, data protection measures, and consideration for the needs of the departments using them.
Automation is not about replacing people. It is about empowering our employees with better tools so they can perform their responsibilities more effectively.
As we enter the final quarter of 2026, our IT Department will continue developing the HR Master Database, introducing additional automation features, and exploring opportunities to connect our HR and Operations systems for better information sharing.
We will also work closely with the different departments to provide the necessary orientation, training, and technical support as these improvements are introduced.
Our priority remains to develop practical digital solutions that support Accord-Aces’ growing operational requirements and contribute to a more organized, productive, and technology-driven workplace.
Digital transformation is a continuous process, and every improvement brings us closer to a more efficient and connected organization.
We would like to thank the different departments for their cooperation, feedback, and patience as we continue enhancing our systems.
With everyone’s support, we look forward to building a workplace where technology simplifies processes, strengthens collaboration, and helps our people deliver better results.
