Managing personnel replacements, attendance concerns, additional manpower requests, and seamless workforce planning in close coordination with the Head Office.

Monitoring 201 files, employment contracts, and mandatory documentation — maintaining organizational compliance while supporting smooth and efficient operations.
Regular submission of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports also enables management to monitor manpower status, address client concerns promptly, and make informed decisions that support continuous operational improvement.
