As we continue to grow together, we remain focused on enhancing field operations, investing in employee development, and delivering exceptional merchandising services that consistently meet our client’s expectations.
To ensure consistent service delivery and operational compliance, the operations team conducted regular trade check visits for our newly hired Roving Merchandisers assigned to the GGFI account.
These field visits provided an opportunity to observe actual store execution, validate compliance with merchandising standards, and provide coaching and guidance to newly deployed personnel. The activity also reinforced the merchandisers’ roles and responsibilities while ensuring that client expectations and company standards were being consistently implemented across all assigned outlets.

To further strengthen field capabilities, the team conducted an online Basic Call Procedure and Product Knowledge Training for newly hired merchandisers assigned to the GGFI account.
