As part of the organization’s commitment to maintaining high operational standards, a new Account Head has been formally introduced to the Shawill Team, succeeding Arielle Cahibaybayan.

Ms. Jacobe will oversee the overall account operations, ensuring proper implementation of company standards, compliance with operational procedures, and timely submission of accurate reports. This leadership transition aims to further strengthen coordination between field operations and management while continuously improving communication, execution, and account support across all handled territories.
To further improve manpower deployment and field support, a new Billable Coordinator has been assigned to oversee South Luzon operations. Beyond the assigned territory, the coordinator is actively extending support to other areas by assisting in applicant pooling, processing of intro requirements, and conducting fieldwork training initiatives.
