As the organization evolves within an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment, HROD remains focused on cultivating a workplace culture anchored on teamwork, professionalism, innovation, accountability, and people-centered leadership.

In line with this commitment, the recently concluded Business Review and Planning Session (BRPS) 2026 and Team Building Activities served as strategic initiatives that reinforced communication, alignment, and collaboration across all departments. The three-day engagement highlighted the importance of unity, strategic direction, and employee empowerment in achieving the company's long-term goals.

Day 1 — Business Review and Planning Session

25 March 2026 — The BRPS officially commenced, bringing together department representatives, supervisors, and key personnel for comprehensive operational reviews, performance evaluations, and strategic discussions.

The session focused on assessing departmental accomplishments, identifying operational gaps, and exploring opportunities for continuous improvement. Through collaborative discussions and data-driven assessments, the organization established clearer strategic directions toward improving productivity, streamlining internal processes, and strengthening overall operational efficiency.

Day 2 — Strategic Planning in Nasugbu, Batangas

26 March 2026 — Members of the Management Committee (ManCom), together with Area Supervisors and Account Heads, proceeded to Nasugbu, Batangas for an extensive strategic planning session focused on future operational directions, workforce alignment, leadership development, and organizational initiatives.

"Through meaningful collaboration and forward-looking discussions, the leadership team reaffirmed its shared commitment to building a stronger, more resilient, and growth-driven organization."

The strategic planning discussions enabled leaders to collaboratively establish actionable plans, define organizational priorities, and formulate programs aimed at further enhancing company performance, employee engagement, and service excellence.

Day 3 — Team Building Program

27 March 2026 — The BRPS transitioned into an engaging and highly interactive Team Building Program participated in by the entire Accord workforce, including Encoders and Coordinators.

A series of collaborative and team-based activities were facilitated to develop leadership, problem-solving, communication, trust-building, adaptability, and team synergy. Employees demonstrated enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and active cooperation in every activity — reflecting the organization's culture of collaboration and mutual support.
