01 Manpower Management

Maintaining the right workforce remains one of our top priorities. Daily manpower requirements across all accounts were closely monitored to ensure that client staffing needs were consistently met. In partnership with the Recruitment Team, continuous pooling and sourcing activities were conducted to build a strong talent pipeline and address existing vacancies.

02 Client Operations

Operational excellence continued to be the cornerstone of our service delivery. All active client accounts were regularly monitored to ensure compliance with client requirements, service level agreements, and company standards.

Regular site visits and performance monitoring helped ensure consistent execution and operational efficiency across all deployments — a standard that the Operations Group continues to uphold every day.

03 Employee Relations

The Operations Team remained committed to supporting and guiding our field personnel. Coaching and counseling sessions were conducted for employees requiring assistance with attendance, performance, or behavioral concerns.

  • Disciplinary procedures including issuance of NTEs implemented with fairness and due process
  • Prompt addressing of employee concerns and inquiries to foster a positive workplace

04 Administrative & Compliance Support

Operational success is driven by efficient back-end support. Payroll-related concerns were monitored and resolved promptly to ensure timely salary processing. Compliance with labor regulations and client-specific requirements remained a key operational priority.

Continuous collaboration with the HROD, Payroll, Billing, and Finance teams ensured the timely completion of documentation, reporting, and other operational deliverables throughout the quarter.

05 Challenges & Moving Forward

While recruitment for certain positions continues to be challenging due to market conditions, sourcing initiatives have been intensified through multiple recruitment channels to sustain manpower availability. Attendance monitoring and attrition management remain key focus areas to minimize workforce shortages and maintain service continuity.

The Operations Group also continues to strengthen communication with clients and internal support teams to ensure that operational issues are addressed efficiently and proactively.
