Our teams nationwide continue to work hand in hand to strengthen operations, expand client partnerships, and improve overall service delivery across all accounts.

In line with the projected store expansions of our existing clients, the company is also aggressively pursuing opportunities to win back former clients and rebuild their trust and confidence in Accord as a reliable business partner. While some clients previously encountered operational concerns under past management, the new leadership team is committed to demonstrating a more structured, responsive, and quality-driven approach to operations management.

Rebuilding Former Client Partnerships

As part of this initiative, we are targeting to reclaim and re-establish partnerships with the following former clients:

New Business Development Targets

Beyond client recovery efforts, Accord continues to pursue new business opportunities and expand account coverage nationwide.

  • NPB – Targeting the recovery of previously handled accounts such as SVI and Robinsons Chain
  • Nutri-Asia – Ongoing negotiations for the Prince account
  • Del Monte – Exploring opportunities for larger key account coverage to further expand operations
  • Alaska – Pursuing potential consortium partnerships for broader operational collaboration

Consortium Partnership Opportunities

Given the current market landscape, many companies are now exploring consortium business models to maximize operational efficiency and account coverage. Accord continues to position itself strategically for these collaborative opportunities.

Potential Consortium Partnerships Being Explored

  • Green Cross, Inc. – Potential partnership opportunities with Nutri-Asia, Alaska, and Del Monte
  • FireFly – Possible collaboration with GCI for Ace Hardware accounts
  • Del Monte / Alaska / Nutri-Asia – Potential combined partnerships for specific outlet coverage agreements
  • Growers – Exploring partnership opportunities for SVI accounts
  • Lemon Square – Initial target partnership for Robinsons Chain this quarter, with expansion plans for Puregold accounts next year
