The third quarter of 2026 brought encouraging developments for our North Luzon operations as we continued supporting our clients’ retail expansion, promotional activities, and merchandising requirements.
Two notable highlights this quarter were the participation of Fuwa-Fuwa Premium Japanese-Style Bread under the Nippon Account in the 7-Eleven Anniversary Blowout and the opening of Robinsons Supermarket Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, under the NutriAsia Account.
These activities demonstrate the important role of our merchandising teams in supporting brand visibility, strengthening retail execution, and responding to the evolving operational requirements of our clients.
As our client partnerships continue to grow, we remain committed to providing reliable manpower support, maintaining consistent merchandising standards, and creating opportunities for our workforce across North Luzon.
The third quarter began with an exciting promotional event as Fuwa-Fuwa Premium Japanese-Style Bread, one of the brands supported by our Nippon Account, participated in the annual 7-Eleven Philippines Birthday Blowout and Anniversary Celebration.
The highly anticipated event featured promotional offers and discounts of up to 50% on more than 300 selected products and categories, creating opportunities for participating brands to strengthen their visibility and attract customer interest.
For our Nippon merchandising team, the celebration required careful preparation, coordination, and consistent store execution.
In the days leading up to the anniversary event, our merchandisers assigned to participating 7-Eleven convenience stores worked to ensure that Fuwa-Fuwa products were properly displayed, organized, and ready for the expected increase in customer activity.
Their responsibilities included maintaining product presentation, monitoring stocks, coordinating with store personnel, and supporting the merchandising requirements associated with the promotion.
These preparations highlighted the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and operational readiness in supporting major retail activities.
Behind every well-maintained display is a dedicated merchandiser helping ensure that our client’s products are properly represented at the point of sale.
I would like to recognize our Nippon merchandising team for their efforts and commitment throughout the promotional period.
Your hard work demonstrates how consistent merchandising execution contributes to the success of our client’s retail initiatives.
Another significant development for North Luzon was the continued expansion of NutriAsia, one of Accord-Aces’ major client accounts, through additional retail opportunities in the region.
On July 17, 2026, Robinsons Supermarket Bayombong in Nueva Vizcaya officially opened its doors, marking another opportunity to strengthen NutriAsia’s product presence and merchandising coverage.
The opening represents more than an additional retail location. It also creates opportunities for manpower deployment and employment, supporting Accord-Aces’ commitment to connecting job seekers with meaningful work opportunities.
As NutriAsia continues expanding its retail reach, our responsibility is to ensure that new outlets receive the necessary merchandising support to maintain product availability, visibility, and proper store execution.
I had the opportunity to attend the opening of Robinsons Supermarket Bayombong alongside representatives from NutriAsia and FPGMC.
Our presence during the opening allowed us to conduct store visits and trade checks, observe the initial merchandising setup, and coordinate on operational requirements.
These activities are important in ensuring that newly opened stores receive appropriate attention from the beginning of their operations.
Through direct field engagement, we can better understand store conditions, identify potential merchandising concerns, and provide timely guidance to our personnel.
The participation of our client representatives also reinforced the importance of close coordination and shared accountability in supporting successful retail operations.
For our North Luzon team, the opening of Robinsons Supermarket Bayombong serves as another reminder that every new store creates an opportunity to strengthen our client’s market presence while opening doors for workforce growth and development.
We look forward to supporting NutriAsia’s continued expansion and ensuring that our merchandising teams remain prepared to meet the requirements of newly opened retail outlets.
The accomplishments of this quarter would not have been possible without the dedication and cooperation of our field personnel.
To our Nippon merchandisers, thank you for your commitment to supporting Fuwa-Fuwa’s participation in the 7-Eleven Anniversary Blowout.
To our NutriAsia merchandising team, thank you for your continued efforts in supporting retail expansion, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring that our client’s products are properly represented across assigned outlets.
I would also like to recognize our fellow supervisors, recruitment personnel, and support teams for their continued coordination in addressing manpower requirements and operational concerns.
Whether supporting a major promotional event or preparing for a new store opening, every member of our team contributes to the quality of service we deliver.
These activities demonstrate that successful merchandising is built on preparation, teamwork, field supervision, and consistent execution.
As we enter the final quarter of 2026, our North Luzon operations remain focused on strengthening store coverage, supporting new retail opportunities, and maintaining quality merchandising services across our client accounts.
The successful preparation for Fuwa-Fuwa’s participation in the 7-Eleven Anniversary Blowout and the opening of Robinsons Supermarket Bayombong demonstrate the diverse responsibilities entrusted to our field teams.
Moving forward, we will continue prioritizing effective manpower deployment, regular trade checks, employee development, and close coordination with our clients.
I would like to express my appreciation to Nippon and NutriAsia for their continued trust and partnership with Accord-Aces, and to our North Luzon merchandising teams for their dedication and hard work.
As our operations continue to expand, let us remain committed to professionalism, accountability, and teamwork in every store we serve.
Because every new retail opportunity is also an opportunity to strengthen our people, support our clients, and demonstrate the value of quality merchandising execution.
Together, let us continue building a stronger North Luzon team and finish 2026 with greater determination and commitment to excellence.
