The third quarter of 2026 marked another encouraging chapter for the GGFI Account, as we continued to strengthen our client partnership, expand our field operations, and invest in the development of our merchandising workforce across the Bicol Region.
One of the most significant developments this quarter was the additional manpower requirement entrusted to Accord-Aces by GGFI for Tactical Commando deployment in Masbate and the Albay–Sorsogon area. This expansion reflects the client’s continued confidence in our ability to provide reliable manpower support, respond to operational requirements, and maintain consistent merchandising execution across assigned territories.
Another noteworthy development was the recognition of Mark Lester Sahorda, one of our roving merchandisers from Rinconada, who was recommended by GGFI for a Tactical Commando assignment covering Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte.
This recognition is particularly meaningful because it highlights the value of individual dedication and consistent field performance. It also demonstrates how our employees can earn greater responsibilities and opportunities through their commitment to delivering quality service.
For our team, these developments represent more than additional deployment requirements. They reflect the trust we have earned through teamwork, operational discipline, and our continuing efforts to meet GGFI’s expectations.
As our account continues to grow, our responsibility is to ensure that every additional deployment is supported by proper training, effective supervision, and consistent field execution.
To maintain service quality and ensure compliance with established merchandising standards, we continued conducting regular trade check visits, particularly for our newly hired roving merchandisers assigned to the GGFI Account.
These visits allow us to assess actual store conditions, observe merchandising activities, and verify whether our personnel are performing their assigned duties and responsibilities according to company standards and client expectations.
More importantly, trade checks provide an opportunity to engage directly with our merchandisers, understand the challenges they encounter in their assigned outlets, and provide immediate coaching and guidance whenever necessary.
Through consistent field monitoring, we reinforce the importance of proper product display, store coordination, adherence to merchandising standards, accurate reporting, and professional conduct.
We recognize that effective supervision goes beyond checking whether tasks have been completed. It also involves helping our people understand how to improve their performance and become more effective in their respective assignments.
Our goal is not simply to deploy merchandisers, but to ensure that every deployment translates into quality and consistent field execution.
Employee development remained an important priority for our team during the third quarter.
To strengthen the knowledge and capabilities of our newly hired personnel, we conducted an online Basic Call Procedure and Product Knowledge Training for merchandisers assigned to the GGFI Account.
The training focused on essential areas such as merchandising fundamentals, proper store call procedures, product familiarization, customer engagement, operational standards, compliance requirements, and accurate reporting.
Participants were also provided with updates on company policies, store regulations, client expectations, and recommended field practices to help improve their productivity and overall service delivery.
Beyond technical knowledge, the training reinforced the importance of professionalism, accountability, discipline, and maintaining positive working relationships with store personnel and client representatives.
As our merchandising coverage continues to expand, we recognize that the quality of our service depends heavily on how well we prepare and support our field personnel.
By continuously investing in training and coaching, we aim to develop a workforce that is knowledgeable, confident, adaptable, and capable of consistently meeting the demands of our clients.
Well-trained people, supported by strong field supervision, are essential to successful merchandising operations.
As we approach the final quarter of 2026, our focus remains on sustaining the momentum we have established and further strengthening our operational capabilities across the Bicol Region.
The additional Tactical Commando requirements entrusted to Accord-Aces and the recognition extended to one of our roving merchandisers are encouraging developments that motivate us to continue improving.
However, we also recognize that earning a client’s trust is only the beginning—maintaining that trust requires consistent performance, responsiveness, and accountability.
Moving forward, we will continue prioritizing deployment readiness, regular trade monitoring, employee coaching, and compliance with GGFI’s merchandising standards.
I would like to recognize the dedication and hard work of our roving merchandisers, Tactical Commando personnel, and the operations team supporting the GGFI Account. Your commitment to your responsibilities contributes directly to the strength of our client partnership.
I would also like to extend our appreciation to GGFI for its continued trust and confidence in Accord-Aces. We value the opportunities entrusted to us and remain committed to delivering reliable manpower support and quality merchandising services.
As we continue working together, let us remain focused on strengthening our people, improving our execution, and consistently delivering the level of service expected from our organization.
Because at Accord-Aces, every opportunity entrusted to us is a responsibility to deliver excellence.
