Operational excellence begins long before our personnel report to their assigned stores. It starts with effective preparation, practical training, clear standards, and consistent support. During Q3, the National Operations Department focused on strengthening these foundations while supporting the company’s expanding service requirements.
A key initiative under development is the proposed Product Showroom and Merchandising Simulation Facility—a dedicated space where employees can become familiar with client products and practice essential merchandising activities before field deployment.
The concept brings learning closer to actual store conditions through organized product displays, demonstration shelves, and hands-on exercises covering product knowledge, shelf arrangement, display standards, and basic store execution. It is intended to support onboarding, refresher training, and selected client demonstrations.
Planning will consider available space, client product assortments, fixtures, safety requirements, and budget approvals. The facility remains a proposed initiative; its implementation will depend on the necessary reviews and approvals.
Alongside this training initiative, the Operations team coordinated workforce preparation and field support for new service engagements, including clinician and Brand Ambassador deployments. Our role centered on orientation, deployment readiness, attendance monitoring, field supervision, and compliance with client requirements—not simply filling positions.
These activities required close coordination with Account Teams, HROD, Recruitment, Finance, and IT to align client expectations with practical implementation.
Moving into the final quarter, we will continue developing the showroom proposal while strengthening field monitoring, workforce readiness, employee coaching, and coordination across regions. Our Account Heads, Area Supervisors, Coordinators, and field personnel remain essential to consistent execution nationwide.
I thank our operations teams and partner departments for their commitment and collaboration. As Accord-Aces grows, we must keep investing in the capabilities and processes that help our people deliver reliable, high-quality service.
“Our responsibility goes beyond deploying people. We must prepare, guide, and support them to deliver excellence in every assignment.” – Rolly Lozada
