As we reflect on the third quarter of 2026, the Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD) Department continued to focus on workforce continuity, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. This period brought several personnel transitions, the return of valued colleagues, and the appointment of new leaders who will help shape the company’s direction moving forward.
During the quarter, we experienced several important personnel movements within the organization.
On 15 August 2026, Ms. Lorena Cabalic concluded her assignment as HROD Assistant – Compensation and Benefits, following the completion of her designated reliever period for Ms. Stephanie Caspi.
We extend our appreciation to Lorena for her dedication and support in ensuring the continuity of our compensation and benefits functions during this period.
We also warmly welcomed Ms. Stephanie Caspi, who officially returned to work on 26 August 2026 following her maternity leave. We are pleased to have her back and look forward to her continued contributions to the HROD Department.
Meanwhile, Mr. Melvin Bolante, our Billing and Collection Assistant, completed his five-month employment contract on 25 September 2026. We sincerely thank Melvin for his contributions to the Finance Team and wish him success in his future professional endeavors.
These transitions remind us that every employee, regardless of the duration of their service, contributes to the organization’s progress and deserves recognition for the role they have played.
One of the significant developments this quarter was the appointment of Ms. Dyan O. Garcia as HROD Manager, effective 21 September 2026.
Her appointment represents an important step in strengthening the department’s leadership and enhancing our ability to support the company’s growing workforce and operational requirements.
With her leadership, we look forward to further improving our recruitment and deployment processes, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and compliance initiatives.
As the company continues to evolve, having strong and capable leadership within HROD is essential to ensuring that our people remain supported, our policies are consistently implemented, and our workforce strategies remain aligned with business objectives.
We warmly welcome Ms. Dyan Garcia to the Accord-Aces family and look forward to the experience, leadership, and fresh perspectives she will bring to the organization.
As part of the company’s continuing efforts to strengthen operational supervision and field personnel support, Mr. Benjamin Vasquez Jr. officially assumed the role of Area Supervisor for Central Luzon on 05 October 2026.
Although this appointment falls at the beginning of the fourth quarter, it is an important organizational development worth recognizing as we prepare for the months ahead.
His role will be instrumental in strengthening field coordination, monitoring merchandising activities, supporting deployed personnel, and ensuring that operational concerns are addressed promptly.
We welcome Benjamin to his new responsibility and look forward to his contributions to the continued improvement of our field operations.
As I approach the conclusion of my journey with Accord-Aces, I would also like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to the organization and to the colleagues I have had the privilege of working with.
I am currently serving my notice period, with my final working day scheduled for 15 October 2026.
My experience with Accord-Aces has provided valuable opportunities for professional growth, learning, and collaboration. Throughout my time with the company, I have witnessed the dedication of our employees, the challenges faced by our teams, and the collective effort required to support an organization with a nationwide workforce.
I am grateful to management for the trust and opportunities extended to me, and to my colleagues for their cooperation, support, and shared commitment to our responsibilities.
As I prepare for my next professional chapter, I remain hopeful for the continued success of Accord-Aces and the HROD Department under its new leadership.
