The NAI Post-Christmas and Thanksgiving Party held at Oriental Palace became an opportunity for employees, officers, and team members to celebrate the company's achievements and milestones together. The event served as a moment of appreciation for everyone's hard work, dedication, and contribution throughout the previous year.

The gathering also strengthened camaraderie and teamwork among employees while promoting a positive and engaging working environment. Through this celebration, the company reaffirmed its gratitude to all individuals who continuously contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Merchandising EDTR and Billing Sync Meeting with Client at Accord Head Office

A synchronization meeting was conducted between the merchandising team and the client to align all concerns related to EDTR monitoring, billing processes, and operational coordination. The discussion focused on improving accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in handling reports, attendance monitoring, and billing documentation.

The meeting also provided an avenue to address operational concerns, strengthen communication, and ensure that all expectations and deliverables are properly aligned between both parties. This initiative reflects the company's commitment to maintaining organized systems and strong client partnerships.

The Quarterly Merchandisers Training for South Luzon was successfully conducted to further enhance the knowledge, discipline, and field execution of deployed personnel. The training focused on operational standards, merchandising excellence, compliance, customer engagement, and proper reporting procedures.

Participants were also given updates regarding company policies, client expectations, and best practices to improve overall productivity and performance in the field.

Merchandisers Showcase Creativity Through Valentine's Displays

Accord merchandisers once again demonstrated exceptional creativity and innovation during the Valentine's season by developing eye-catching heart-shaped product displays across various store locations. Going beyond standard merchandising execution, the team took the initiative to create visually appealing displays that captured the festive spirit of Valentine's Day while effectively attracting customer attention inside the stores.

The initiative received positive feedback from clients and fellow merchandisers, with several display concepts later replicated by other agencies — a strong testament to the originality and impact of the work produced by the Accord team.
